PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We work with our clients to develop construction budgets and schedules to meet the clients specific needs and requirements. All trade coordination and onsite work is fully supervised to ensure schedules are met.
We are involved from the initial design phase to the final occupancy of the space so that you can focus on the operation of your business.
MILLWORK DEVELOPMENT
We manufacture our own millwork and provide custom pieces for any project. We work directly with designers and always welcome our clients to be part of the millwork process.

PRELIMINARY BUDGETS / SITE WALKTHROUGHS
We want to be a part of your project from day one.
We are available to walk any site during your leasing phase to construct a preliminary construction budget that will help in finalizing spaces and financial requirements.
ITEMIZED QUOTATIONS AND TIMELINES
We’ll work with you throughout the process, starting by an in depth look through construction costs and timelines. Each finalized quotation is categorized and broken down so that you know where each cost is allocated.
CITY REQUIREMENTS / DESIGN COORDINATION
We coordinate all city requirements and take care of all inspections.
We also work directly with several design firms and professional architects and engineers. We can coordinate all of the project drawing and design needs.
It’s important to understand the cost of construction before any lease on a space is signed. Let us take you through the process so that you are confident in making all the right decisions.
We provide onsite supervision and carpenters on all projects, big or small. They stay on top of the trades to insure a quick completion.
Trickett Interiors Ltd also has a millwork division. Our ability to produce millwork in our own faculty has enabled Trickett Interiors to reduce manufacturing costs and control millwork timelines.
